SPIREX

SPIREX Automatic bidirectional spiral-stirrup machine processing hot rolled or cold drawn coils. Driven by electric servomotors. In the horizontal position, downward, it allows the production of the continuous stirrup using a wire up to ø 10. It is equipped with a collection and compression pay-off base, and with an evacuation unit for the automatic discharge of the spiral, once produced. In the vertical position it allows the production of stirrups with wires up to ø 12 mm or with double wire up to ø 10 mm.

SPIREX is a ”continuous stirrup with vertical arms and variable pitch ” (Schnell patent) that finally responds to the expectations of the operators and the engineers in the building sector.

The continuous stirrup eliminates all the errors that may occur on the jobsite during the assembly of the reinforcement and which are the main cause of structural problems in the reinforced buildings.
