The Compact modular batching plants are powerful plants, yet easy to install and make operational.

Vertical storage of aggregates

The distinctive element of the Compact modular batching plants is the vertical displacement of the aggregates storage: that makes possible to build a plant even in relatively very small spaces.

The module assembly is elementary, literally “plug & play”: it’s just a matter of giving power, as the modules are provided pre-assembled and ​​ready to use.

Automation

The Compact modular batching plants control system is installed in a control cabin on a level with the mixer. The cabin is furnished, insulated and air conditioned: so the monitoring and supervision of the plant is easy and comfortable.

The plant has a video surveillance system which monitors all the operations, including the filling of mixers or the loading of aggregates in storage.

Moisture control

The plant is provided with a control and management system for moisture of the aggregates and for the plasticity of concrete in the mixer: the quality of the concrete production remains the same even in the case of a repetitive production.

Compact modular batching plant: specifications

• Aggregates storage: 2-6 (between 70 and 600cbm);
• Aggregates loading: modular bucket elevator, driveway primary hopper (16cbm with extractor belt);
• Aggregates extraction: both through the nozzle, either by conveyor belt (for scarcely flowing materials);
• Additional Modules: aggregates heating (gas, oil or electric), up to 6 additives storage and pumps;
• Additional Modules: storage and dosage facility for steel or synthetic fibers.
